Construction Management Services
Edmonton has many great home builders that produce quality homes. We also strive to be great in building homes. Are you looking for a project manager to build your home? We do that! Are you looking for a builder who will give you a fixed price for the construction of your house? We do that too!
Our construction services are based either on cost plus model, where we charge our clients a certain fee for management of the construction, or on the fixed price model, where we charge a certain fee to build a house.
We prefer to use our design team to design your house, but if you already have your plans done, we can build from those too!
| 1. Paperwork: At this stage we will be applying for permits, helping to arrange finances for your house, getting quotes and creating a budget. |  |

2. Construction: At this stage we will schedule work and oversee construction, inclusive of providing instructions for trades, monitoring progress, arranging for inspections, answering questions that arise during the construction. |
| 3. Attention to Detail: Because we provide full architectural drawings of the house, we will be monitoring all trades to make sure they follow the design, and if there are some changes, we will be providing our customer with suggestions. |  |
