Cost of House Plans - from $350.00
Our design team can do basic house plan drawings or very detailed drawings depending on your budget. We will start with a design concept and finish with the plans completed with every interior and exterior detail. Our drawings also include interior and exterior 3D renderings that will show you how the house will look before starting the construction.
| 1. Idea: This is where we start, with an idea for your future house. The idea might come from you, or we can give you some suggestions. |  |

2. Conceptual Drawings: We will do a research and provide you with conceptual drawings of your house. These drawings will give you a good idea of what the house will look like. |
| 3. Working Drawings: Once the conceptual drawings are to your satisfaction, we will provide you with working drawings. |  |

4. Exterior Details: As the municipality takes time to issue the permits we will continue working on the exterior details of the house: colors, trims, stonework, any special features. |
| 5. Interior Details: Also we will continue working on the interior design of the house: choosing colors, finishing materials, design of interior architectural elements like fire place, columns, tile patterns, etc. |  |
